Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible and use it for one purpose: getting back to you about your project.

What we collect

• When you submit a project request: name, email, contact method, project type, description, optional target date and one optional attachment.
• When you use SAMI AI, the AI Architect or the writing playground: only the text you type, to return a response.
• There are no visitor accounts and no advertising cookies.

How we use it

• Only to respond to your request and discuss your project.
• A notification about your request may be sent to our automation tool (n8n) so I know it arrived.
• Chat and analysis text is sent to the configured AI service to generate the answer; do not include sensitive information.

Storage and security

• Requests are stored in a database on the website server; attachments live in a private location only reachable from the admin dashboard.
• Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and the admin area is protected by a secure session.

Local preferences

• Your browser stores your light/dark theme choice on your device only.
• Anonymous Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used to measure performance without personal tracking.

Your rights

• You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact links on this website.
