Dawrak — Aid Management & Distribution Automation
An Arabic-first platform for managing aid applications and distribution workflows for charitable organizations. Dawrak combines a responsive citizen portal, a staff dashboard, and n8n-powered automation. Features include application tracking, human review and approval, stock allocation, pickup scheduling, and duplicate-protected delivery records. Role-based access and an audit trail support accountable operations, while nine automation workflows handle application processing, reminders, and reports. Built with Python, PostgreSQL, and Docker Compose. Currently an early prototype for local evaluation, with external notifications simulated.

Enterprise Multi-Tenant RAG AI System with Contextual Memory and Workflow Automation
Designed and built an intelligent enterprise assistant via Telegram, providing instant technical support based on company-specific PDF documents. The system serves multiple organizations simultaneously (Multi-Tenant) while ensuring complete data isolation. It features an automated n8n workflow for dynamic query routing and LangGraph integration to provide the AI agent with session memory, enabling it to understand context and answer complex follow-up questions naturally. The backend is powered by FastAPI and connected to a Qdrant vector database for precise, source-backed information retrieval. The architecture was developed and strictly tested in a stable, isolated Docker environment to ensure compatibility, making it fully cloud-ready for seamless deployment and operation across any plat

AI-Powered Pharmacy Assistant Telegram Bot
An AI-powered pharmacy assistant Telegram bot built with advanced RAG automation workflows. The system integrates cloud-hosted n8n workflows and Qdrant vector retrieval for accurate medical data querying, alongside Google Sheets synchronization. It includes robust LLM fallback logic to ensure consistent and reliable responses. Presented for An-Najah National University in collaboration with UNDP and the Women's Affairs Center, the system was tested using Docker and is fully scalable and deployable to any cloud environment.

How does a project start?
Send a short description through the request form. I review it, get in touch to understand the problem and the outcome you need, and we agree on a technical blueprint and clear milestones before any build starts.
Can the solution connect to the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. Integrations run through APIs and webhooks with tools such as Google Sheets, Telegram, databases and CRMs, and every integration is validated during the analysis phase.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope and the number of integrations. Once requirements are clear you get a phased timeline you can follow, usually starting with a small first version you can try.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. Work is fully remote, in Arabic or English.
How is my data handled?
